Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the data connected to your use of Bluecat: Cartoon Wallpaper at any time. It's free and takes a couple of minutes.

What we delete

  • Advertising ID: The resettable Android advertising ID and similar identifiers set by ad SDKs.
  • Device information: Device model, Android version, language, screen size and app version.
  • Crash logs: Technical details about what happened when the app crashed.
  • App interactions: Which screens you open and which features you use, without identifying you by name.
  • Support emails and any other messages you sent us.

What we may keep

  • Records we must keep by law, such as purchase records for tax purposes (usually up to 7 years).
  • Aggregated or anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you.

Delete data on your device right now

Data stored only on your phone, such as settings and favourites, is removed when you clear the app's storage (Settings → Apps → Bluecat → Storage → Clear storage) or uninstall the app.

To reset the advertising ID used by ad partners, open Settings → Google → Ads and choose Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
